Are you addicted to your phone internet? Do you want to change such habits? Well, we all at some point get addicted to such issues to an extent we keep procrastinating essential activities. As much as a laptop, smartphone, or a tablet can be beneficial when used appropriately; they are at times addictive such that when you hold the gadgets, the only ideas in mind is to play games, watch a movie, or go through social media accounts. And when that happens, you forget all the activities waiting for you. As a result, you keep on procrastinating.
