Motorola has announced the launch of its newest flagship device in India, the Moto Z2 Force. As was expected, the company has bundled the device with Moto TurboPower Pack Mod in India that comes with 15W fast charging support and has a button on the back along with LED indicators. According to the company, the Moto TurboPower Pack Mod has 3490mAh capacity which Motorola says will charge the Moto Z2 Force’s battery up to 50% in just 20 minutes.
As the name suggests, the Moto Z2 Force does come with a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED shatterproof display, and the company also offers a warranty against shattering or cracking of display as well as the embedded lens for up to 4 years. The Moto Z2 Force houses a Snapdragon 835 chipset and front-mounted loudspeaker along with a fingerprint scanner at the bottom. The Moto Z2 Force has a generous 2730mAh battery (with USB Type-C connectivity) which is combined with the company’s proprietary Turbo Charging technology for long battery life. As for the dimensions, the handset comes in at 76 x 155.8 x 6.1 mm.
Motorola has chosen to bring the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the device to the Indian market. The base model that launched in the USA last year came with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage as standard. On the rear of the device, you’ll find a dual 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 camera sensors with 1.25μm large pixels, PDAF and Laser AutoFocus. The Moto Z2 Force is also geared towards selfie enthusiasts with a 5-megapixel front camera with dual-tone LED flash and 85° wide angle lens. Further, the Moto Z2 Force includes a Water repellent nano-coating and runs on Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Moto Z2 Force will be available exclusively on Flipkart and at Moto Hubs starting February 15 at 11:59 PM. You’ll be able to get it for INR 34,999 in Super Black colour. And all those who purchase the device will get a Moto TurboPower Pack Mod at INR 1 (Worth of INR 5,999).
