Lenovo today launched its much anticipated ‘K-series’ smartphone in India, the K8 Note. The Lenovo K8 Note is the most powerful ‘K-series Note’ smartphone ever but come with their own amount of enhancements.
The K8 Note boasts all metal unibody construction and comes in Fine Gold and Venom Black colour options. The smartphone has 5.5-inch Full HD (1920x1080p) display with 2.5D curved glass at the up front. Under the hood, the K8 Note is powered by MediaTek’s Deca-core Helio X23 (64-bit) chipset clocked at 2.3GHz. This is paired with 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. The smartphone also has dedicated microSD card slot which means you can expand the storage as well as use two sims at a time.
The other killer features included dual rear camera setup with 13-megapixel (PureCel Plus) primary sensor and 5-megapixel secondary sensor along with dual-tone LED flash. There is also a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens and an LED flash. As for the battery concern, the device packed with 4000mAh non-removable battery alongside 15W fast charging support.
Like the Moto G5 Plus, the K8 Note is Splash Resistant (P2i Nano Coating) and running on the stock Android operating system (Nougat v7.1.1). The rear mounted fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atoms and TheaterMax support are other added features from Lenovo. As far as the connectivity goes, the handset features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Lenovo K8 Note base (3GB RAM + 32GB storage) variant has been priced at INR 12999, while the high-end (4GB RAM + 64GB storage) model costs INR 13999. The mid-range handset will be exclusively available on Amazon India starting from August 18th, 12 PM.
