LG USA has come up with surprising but good news for one of the Nexus 5X owners, who is facing constant boot loops. The respective user has posted LG’s response on Reddit, so it may turn out to be the situation for you if your Nexus 5X also has the same problem. To remind you, many of ‘5X’ owners reported to LG about the boot loop issue after updating to Android 7.0 Nougat. As per tradition, the owners took their time to leave their Nexus 5X at service centers but Google has already stopped selling Nexus 5X after launching Pixel devices, so it may have stopped supplying parts as well, i.e., LG is simply running out of needed parts to get the ill-fated devices repaired.
As a result, LG had to issue the full refund for Nexus 5X owner. This is the best deal for Nexus 5X owners who are dealing with this issue as they cannot get the full amount if they try to sell the device via third party stores. Huh..yeah. Fun things aside, if you have noticed the same issue with your Nexus 5X, then you can contact LG to talk about full refund. Here is the LG’s response to one of the (faulty) Nexus 5X buyers.
- Galaxy S8 may sport 6GB RAM and 256GB storage
- Here’s what you need to know about Snapdragon 835 and 660 chipsets
- You can save a lot on G5, V20, and G4 with LG Black Friday deals
